Rattie Ratz:
Rattie Ratz was established in 1998 and has grown into one of
the largest non-profit rescue organizations in the country
dedicated exclusively to domestic pet rats. Rattie Ratz operates a limited access rescue and
accepts needy rats from local overwhelmed shelters. They are
dedicated to responsible pet guardianship, a lifelong
commitment to companion animals, and a respect for all animal
life. Improving the lives of small animal companions and their
guardians is the primary focus of their rescue efforts.
Bay Area Rats:
Bay Area Rats is a
networking source which I started in memory of my first rat. Bay Area
Rats provides general care information about rats, rabbits and other
animals and is a source for assisting with rehoming rats, rabbits and other
animals.
The Rat Assistance and Teaching Society (RATS):
We formed the Rat Assistance & Teaching Society (RATS) to
educate people about pet rats and to teach animal care
professionals the proper care of rats. Our mission statement:
We believe rats should be respected as pets and treated as
humanely as any other pet.
The Rat Fan Club (RFC):
The Rat Fan Club, founded in 1992, focuses on rats as
companion animals. The club currently has about 460 members
in Australia, Canada, England, Germany, Ireland, Italy,
the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Scotland, Switzerland,
and the U.S. Our goal is to share our love of rats, promote
them as companion animals, and spread information about
their proper care.
The Rat Shop:
TheRatShop.com was developed with the rats' best interests in
mind. We are a small husband-and-wife operation and we strive
to offer high-quality rat products at affordable prices.
The Social Rat:
The Social Rat
is a club for domestic pet rat guardians who would like to socialize with each other and work
together to collect valuable information for pet rats and their families in the Northern California Region.
Other Exibitors:
As organizations, shops and other exibitors agree to take part in
WWOR2010
we'll list them here.
